Multi-industry trust platform

Every Service Verified.Trusted Everywhere.

Each role, listing and provider earns its own verification — and re-earns it every six months. The trust score you build carries across 38+ industries.

The problem

Online trust is fragmented, disposable and reactive

Every person reading this has been burned by an unverified seller or a fake service listing. Here is why it keeps happening.

  1. Anyone can register

A seller, tutor or clinic can list with nothing more than an email address and a bank account.

  2. Ratings are gameable

Fake reviews, review farms, and a fresh account opened after every bad run.

  3. Reputation does not travel

A verified record on one platform is worth nothing on the next. You start from zero every time.

  4. Verified once, then never again

A licence uploaded in 2021 still counts today. Nobody has confirmed the clinic still exists.

  5. Tickets, not consequences

When something goes wrong there is a support queue to join, not a governance process with real penalties.

The answer

EHB turns trustinto infrastructure

Not a badge you hope is real. Not a star rating anyone can buy. Trust you can check — before a single rupee moves.

  • Proven before money moves

Nobody lists, delivers or gets hired until they clear the gate.

  • Re-proven every six months

Verification is a standing obligation, not a signup formality.

  • Carried across 38+ industries

The trust you earn is an asset you own, not a badge on loan.

The trust pipeline

Six gates every participantpasses through

This order is locked. No step is skipped, no step is reordered.

  1. ENTRY

    Just looking?

Browse the catalogue freely. No account needed to look.

  2. PSS

    Who are you?

Identity and KYC, at a level proportionate to the risk.

  3. CRB

    What can you do?

Capability tested by exam, documents and inspection.

  4. JPS

    Where do you earn?

Matching, contracts and salary, all inside the platform.

  5. SERVICE

    The transaction

Delivered on GoSellr or any of the other industry platforms.

  6. DMO

    Was it done right?

Disputes, penalties and governance with real consequences.

Skipping a gate blocks everything downstream. A seller with no CRB level cannot create a listing, because the listing endpoint refuses the request. A failed refill sends a user back to the CRB gate.

The trust engine

Trust is a standing state, not a signup step

Verify identity

Verification that never quietly expires

Most platforms verify once and forget. Every PSS level is re-verified twice a year, on a fixed six-month clock, and any risk signal — a sanctions hit, impossible travel, three complaints in thirty days — triggers it early.

Test capability

Claims are tested, not taken on trust

Each industry has its own exam set — roughly 30 to 50 theory questions plus practical tasks. Credentials are validated against the regulators that hold the legal register: HEC, PMDC, DRAP, PSQCA, ICAP, PTA, FBR, SECP and the Bar Council.

Enforce refills

Proof that the work is still happening

A refill is periodic evidence that verified activity is genuinely continuing. Miss one and a grace period starts; miss two and the level drops and the listing pauses. Reaching L10 on refills alone takes a minimum of four years.

STL — Service Trust Level

One number thatcarries everywhere

STL combines identity, capability and conduct into a single level from 0 to 10, on a weakest-link principle — a strong score in one area cannot cover a weak one in another. It is recalculated automatically, never awarded once and kept.

What STL unlocks

  • Transaction limits
  • Listing rank
  • Job visibility
  • Salary tier
  • Withdrawal caps
  • Order routing

The ladder

  1. STL 0Free
  2. STL 1Basic
  3. STL 2Normal
  4. STL 3Standard
  5. STL 4Advance
  6. STL 5High
  7. STL 6Pro
  8. STL 7VIP
  9. STL 8Elite
  10. STL 9Supreme
  11. STL 10Premium

Each level carries its own criteria set, and levels are climbed in order — never purchased.

Industries

38+ industries,one architecture

A doctor and a leather-goods seller pass through the exact same six gates. What changes is configuration — which regulator is checked, what the exam covers, what an inspector looks for on site. Adding an industry means adding configuration rows, not rewriting the platform.

Franchise network

Territory, authority,accountability

Franchises are a verification authority, not a sales channel. Any competitor can build a website that accepts an uploaded licence photograph. Building a network of people who will walk into a clinic with a checklist is expensive and slow — which is exactly why it is defensible.

  • From CRB L6 upward, a person must visit the premises — routed through the network on a four-hour response target.

  • Income comes from completed orders in the territory, split automatically down the chain at settlement. No franchise pays another by hand.

  • Scored daily on rating, speed, completion and complaints. Drop below 60 and order routing is cut by half, tomorrow.

  • Verified and assessed before being asked to pay — a franchise is a role granted to someone who passes, not a product sold.

FAQ

The questionseveryone asks

Is EHB a marketplace or a super-app?

Both, and the distinction matters. GoSellr is the marketplace — the live e-commerce service. EHB is the platform beneath it: the verification, trust-scoring and governance layer that GoSellr and 37 other planned industries share.

Why is onboarding harder than on other platforms?

Because the difficulty is the product. Verification effort is what keeps fake sellers, unqualified providers and throwaway accounts out. The requirement is also proportionate — a casual buyer needs only an email and a phone number.

Is this a pyramid or MLM scheme?

No, and the model is structured specifically to make that unambiguous. Commission is paid only on real completed service and product revenue. There is no income from recruiting people, no down-line earnings, and no required purchase to participate. Every commission appears on a transparent ledger.

What actually stops a bad seller?

Several layers at once. They must pass identity verification and a capability exam to list at all. Their money is held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Complaints go to DMO governance with real penalties. Missing refills pauses their listings automatically. And a banned user cannot simply re-register, because their CNIC is already recorded.

Why does a digital platform need physical franchises?

Because some things cannot be verified from a phone. Confirming that a clinic exists, that a workshop is real, or that an office is operating requires a person to go and look. From CRB L6 upward, that visit is mandatory.

How is a seller paid, and when?

The buyer's payment goes into escrow at checkout — not to the seller. Once delivery is confirmed, the order value splits automatically: 85% to the seller, 10% into the franchise commission pool, 5% to the platform. Every split is recorded on an auditable ledger.

Which parts are live today?

Most of it. GoSellr is the operating service. PSS and JPS are live at MVP 1. The EHB Wallet, the EHB Trustee Wallet, the Backoffice and the franchise layer are all live. CRB is the one core component still in development, with its scope locked.

Can EHB really run 38 industries?

The architecture is what makes it feasible. All 38 industries connect to the same core systems and pass through the same six gates. What differs per industry is configuration — which regulator is checked, what the exam covers, what an inspector looks for on site.
